How do I create a MEBLER Maids Account?

On your very first book of services an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go.

Do you service my area?

If you’re within the Baltimore, MD area, absolutely. If we can reach your home within one hour of Baltimore, you’re in for the cleaning of your life.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service

How much will it cost?

Our prices are shown with no hidden fees and are based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you select. Select your desired services and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

How do I log into my account?

How do I change my password?

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page.

How do I reset my password?

Give us a call and we can help you reset your password.

How do I change my address?

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively you can can give us a call and we will update your address for you.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues.

Pricing & Policies

How do I redeem a voucher I bought?

You enter your code directly on the booking form and it will take effect during checkout. If you have any issues give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Why is my voucher not working?

Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Give us a call or email if you have any questions.

How can I view my MEBLER Maids Gift Cards?

Log into your account at https://meblermaids.launch27.com/login and you will see any outstanding gift cards and respective balances. In addition, you can see any referral rewards you have earned for referring a friend.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our maids are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. MEBLER Maids under its parent company MEBLER Maids Corporation is licensed, bonded and insured to provide cleaning services safely.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We never want anything to go wrong for our beloved customers, but if something goes wrong we’re here to make it all right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it no matter what. That’s our promise to you.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. Our first level of security is our booking page which is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very seriously!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We always aim to WOW our customers the first time and if you’re not satisfied with our cleaning then we’ll reschedule with you to send out a team to re-clean, and if you’re still not satisfied enough to even recommend us to your friends then we’ll give a 100% refund.

What is your refund policy?

If our cleaning is not done to your satisfaction, please let us know immediately. We’ll reschedule with you to send a team back out to make it right. If you’re still not happy with our cleaning then we’ll provide a full refund.
